Annica Anderson is a multi-disciplinary artist whose most ambitious goal in life is to make visible the glory of God, any way she can.
These days, she’s mostly covered in paint, bouncing between watercolors, oils, and linocut printmaking. You’ll often find nods to her daily life in the subjects of her paintings: her toddler’s favorite snacks, a little dino wearing glasses, a flower plucked from her garden, her favorite recipes.
When she’s not painting snippets of transient beauty, she’s pondering the mysteries of Christian theology and trying to capture it on canvas. Fresh off the easel is a series titled Indwell, which is about the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. You can read more about this body of work over on Annica’s Patreon.
An always-reader and a sometimes-writer, Annica occasionally manages to collect her thoughts enough to share them over on her Substack, a verbal sketchbook.
