“Indwell: a visual pneumatology” is a series of eight oil paintings developed between January 2025 and August 2026. This body of work will be exhibited as a part of a three-person show at Four Chapter Gallery in Kansas City, MO, in September - October 2026.
As I created these paintings, I released essays to my Patreon supporters, which were in depth explorations of the theological study and aesthetic process behind the final paintings.
Indwell will never again exhibit as a complete body of work, so I’ve collected and published all essays here, adding additional research and context where appropriate.
